It uses metal frames with 12mm thick sheet ply faces and the sections are light enough to be fixed by hand without any lifting assistance. There are a range of others that are designed for building walls that come with a range of panel widths so that any length wall can be built The thickness is controlled by the length of the ties that hold the opposite forms together. Similar systems are used edge forms to raft slabs etc. For non glossary articles of a general and how to nature go to the formwork section on this site.
