Used for general not too precise work these short handled and heavy hammers are great for use with cold chisels and bolsters. The photograph above is of A US made Estwing. If there is sweeter and a better balanced hammer made then I have yet to see it. In the group above, next to the Estwing are two other club hammers. One has a fibreglass handle that is slightly longer than the others. Next to it is a wooden handled one that is cheap and capable enough.
